Mobile Health and Fitness Consulting means I come to you and work with you in the comfort of your home, business, back yard, beach, or park.

Integrating Cardio, Weights, Flexibility/Stretching, Core Strength or a mixture of all. I am able to integrate Yoga and Pilates into your program also.
Programs are adjusted to fit the needs of each individual. Your program will be unique to your needs, and will be designed to meet your expectations and lifestyle. I want to make your fitness experience safe, functional (working on flexibility, balance, strength) and FUN!
Fitness Assessment and Physical Evaluation is always done at our first session, which consists of:
- Cardiovascular & Muscular Strength assessments
- Goal Setting
- Measurements
- Blood Pressure Screening
- Nutrition/Lifestyle Evaluation
From here a Custom Program is designed for you, which will commence during the 2nd session
