A rejuvenating practice teaching asana technique with 'breath and movement coordination'. This is for both beginner and advanced students to develop an inner relationship with correct posture and spinal alignment.
Also teaching yoga every other Tuesday at the YMCA.

Private Therapeutic Yoga is $95 for 1 hour session; in a group of 2 or 3: $60 per person.
